Grievance Redressal Mechanism:
- Student Grievance Cell (SGC):
- The SGC comprises faculty members, administrative staff, and student representatives.
- The cell ensures impartial handling of grievances.
- Complaint Submission:
- Grievances can be submitted in writing or via the online portal.
- Suggestion boxes are placed at various locations for anonymous complaints.
- Redressal Procedure:
- The grievance is acknowledged within 3 working days.
- The SGC conducts an inquiry and provides a resolution within 15 working days.
- For unresolved issues, students may approach the Principal.
Awareness and Accessibility:
- Regular orientation programs on the grievance redressal process.
- Display of contact details of the SGC members
