Scope: This policy covers grievances related to academics, administration, infrastructure, and student welfare.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism:

  1. Student Grievance Cell (SGC):
    • The SGC comprises faculty members, administrative staff, and student representatives.
    • The cell ensures impartial handling of grievances.
  2. Complaint Submission:
    • Grievances can be submitted in writing or via the online portal.
    • Suggestion boxes are placed at various locations for anonymous complaints.
  3. Redressal Procedure:
    • The grievance is acknowledged within 3 working days.
    • The SGC conducts an inquiry and provides a resolution within 15 working days.
    • For unresolved issues, students may approach the Principal.

Awareness and Accessibility:

  1. Regular orientation programs on the grievance redressal process.
  2. Display of contact details of the SGC members
